Sharon was a Primary School Teacher before moving to the corporate sector. Over the next 18-years Sharon held a variety of operational and leadership positions in the HR department, including the last 4-years as the Director - Human Resources, Australasia, leading a team of 70+ employees based in 13-locations across 3-countries.
Sharon has experience as General Manager for a not-for-profit organisation and has worked as a consultant with local and state governments, SMEs and Indigenous Corporations. Whilst working as a consultant, Sharon has held positions as Corporate Services Manager and HR Manager for aboriginal corporations in the Kimberley.
Sharon’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Education, Advanced Diplomas in Business and Human Resources and Diploma of Teaching. Sharon is a Carlton tragic (AFL) and spends her spare time keeping fit and exploring South Gippsland with her husband and dogs.
